Mahindra KUV100 – The More Fun, More Affordable SUV

The Mahindra KUV100 is a genuine compact SUV that provides aggressive design features, a bold stance and a range of external and interior accessories that will thrill even the most demanding South African drivers. Built to be both tall and wide, the KUV100 from Mahindra literally stands head and shoulders above its competition and is available in both a petrol and diesel variant with 3 distinct trim levels, namely the K2+, K6+, and the K8.

Thanks to an imposing front grill and unique wraparound headlamps the Mahindra KUV is no slouch in the looks department either, in fact looking good in a KUV100 is a given thanks to its tough, rugged, yet oh so stylish design stylings. But that is not all that is on offer with the reliable Mahindra KUV100, as it is also powered by the all-new mFalcon engines, which are known for their outstanding fuel economy and exceptionally low maintenance costs.

“Mahindra wants a slice of the budget car market, and rather than churn out some trying-to-be-cute hatchback that’s just going to get lost in a sea of other wannabe adorables, the Indian manufacturer has done things the Mahindra way.”

“Mahindra offers additional ruggedness (thanks to its raised ride height), plus a modicum of versatility (characteristics typically associated with SUVs).”

The KUV100 Model Range

The KUV100 Model Range includes 6 derivatives – the K2+, the K2+ #Dare, Petrol K6+, Diesel K6+, the #Dare K6+ and the K8+ Petrol and Diesel models. Inside the KUV100 K6+ is a veritable smorgasbord of features and includes a 3.5-inch display multi-information display, Bluetooth, USB port and a multifunction steering wheel.

The top trim level is the Mahindra KUV100 K8+, and it features not only all of the accessories found in the K6+, but also daytime running lights, alloy wheels, front and rear fog lights, silver-accentuated rear doors handles and a start-stop system that is exclusive to the turbodiesel derivative.
